Hello,  IPE and WSN,
Censorship also exist at other levels. I inscribed and sent two letters 
(quite critical) to a Forum open to world people about poverty during may, 
organized by World Bank in this year 2000. Both were silenced. I commented 
this to a few friends at the time, and I can prove it.
But the main point, as Gert Kohler wrote few weeks ago is WHO SPEAKS FOR THE 
MAJORITY OF THE WORLD. I would add: WHO HAS EARS FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE 
WORLD, WHO HAS EYES FOR THOSE KIDS SUFFERING OF MALNUTRITION? WB, IMF, WTO, 
and other elites world entities seem to suffer of selective indiference, 
blindness and deafness.
By the way, speaking about social injustice, unequality, ginis, and stuff 
like that, a paper of mine called "Pareto and Income Distribution" was 
recently accepted at Social Science Research Network (SSRN) and you may

It is a  nine pages heterodox view of income distribution, and a 
mathematical criticism to neoliberal political economy. Excuse me for this
