US Immigration & Population

I haven't followed this discussion closely, but find the immigration issue
interesting (which is not saying much). Surely the point is not
immigration, but urbanisation. For instance, is it not true that most of us
(immigrants) would rather settle in a larger, more cosmopolitan area; put
another way  very few of us, will move to Omro, Wisconsin, or Jasper
Arkansas. But then again, there are Hmong (Laotian) communities in small
towns in Wisconsin (Green Bay and Appleton) and I am sure, elsewhere (we
can discuss the way and reasons they were brought here another time).
