Dear Richard,

        All (well, maybe at least a lot of) power to you in Ogden!
I've been out of the loop since Saturday.  It would be great if we could
amalgamate the agendas of the World and Small Parties, but history has a
way of taking one thing at a time.  Let's see what happens.
