A silent member

To Friends on the list,

I am one of the silent members of this listserv who rarely respond, but
enjoy and read the comments daily. I am a Ph.D student and have learned
quite a bit from the dialogue. I don't find the sociobiology or racist
dialogue boring or unecessary. I feel these issues are serious and deserve
attention. I am studying human rights in Africa and can readily see the
application of many of the principles that have been debated on line. In
fact I am thinking of starting my own thread with a discussion once I
finish some work for my professors.

So keep it up. Those of us who don't always respond, are still reading
listening and thinking.
