Dear Prof. Frank, WSN,

This reminds me of something a wise banker once said: "If you owe the bank 
ONE
MILLION dollars, you are in truoble;  but if you owe the bank ONR HUNDRED 
MILLION
dollars, the bank is in trouble".   Time might have changed, however, if we 
up the
ante, change the ONE MILLION to read ONE BILLION and ONE HUNDRED MILLION to 
read
ONE TRILLION, we will get the picture...
