May Day greetings from London

...where, if the polls are  right, more than a million Londoners are about
to cast their votes for a socialist Mayor who recently denounced
international capitalism for causing more deaths worldwide each year than
Hitler. Ken Livingstone's likely election in next Thursday's mayoral vote,
after he was rejected as a possible candidate by the Labour Party for being
too leftwing, will mark a watershed in the capital's history and is more
evidence of the profound groundswell of anticapitalist opinion thru many
classes and ethnic groups.
