According to Branko Milanovic of the World Bank, the following 
countries had ginis >0.500 in 1993:

Brazil               0.590
Paraguay             0.569
Lesotho              0.565
Chile                0.564
Panama               0.559
Honduras             0.546
Senegal              0.519
Mexico               0.519
Zambia               0.513
El Salvador          0.504
Bolivia              0.502
