OK, let's try this again.

There are 2 biological sexes.  There is a real biological difference
between males and females.  If you disagree with this, I guess we're in
some sort of Derridean limbo where rational communication ceases to exist.

Gender is a socially constructed category that is based on the underlying
sex categories.  What else do you think they're based on?
