I have just been referred by a colleague in APHA to the Bulletin of the WHO
(http://www.who.int/bulletin/tableofcontents/2000/vol.78no.1.html)  to read
all about how the World Bank wants to eliminate health inequities globally.
This is the kinder gentler face of imperialism that old money is putting
forward, I suppose. (Old money refers to the Chase-Rockefeller-Morgan banks and their allies.)

Where is a good place to brush up on how the World Bank policies have
produced and/or maintained underdevelopment and poverty in poor countries?
