Tuft's University's Program in International Relations will host a
student
International Relations conference from March 31 to April 2, 2000 on the

plenary events and panel sessions that formulate possible resolutions to
these
challenges.
Panel sessions will be facilitated by scholars, practitioners and
creative artists who will allow students to view the world from
perspectives of
small states, examine varied expressions of culture and identity, and
explore
alternative arrangements for bottom-up globalization.
Featured Highlights:
-Student papers on small states and global forces
-Panel sessions on international trade, the Hague Agenda for Peace and
Justice
