Dear Colleagues,

Just letting you know that The IR Theory Web Site has moved.  It is now 
located
at

     http://www.irtheory.com/

Also, the new e-journal - The IR Theory Review - is coming.  This is an
electronic journal specifically catering for postgraduate students.  If you 
are
interested in submitting an article, we are calling for papers now in
preparation for the first edition.
