Encyclopedia of Political Economy - WSN
by Phillip O'Hara

Dear WSN Members:
Just a brief note to you all about the recently
published Encyclopedia of Political Economy (1999)
which most (but not all) of you will know about.
It has great relevance for World-Systems Analysis,
and should be on every Political Economist's
study desk for reference, and also ordered for the
library and suggested for students to use. !
There are a large number of entries in the EPE relevant
to World-Systems Analysis, such as articles
on "International PE", "International PE: Major
Contemporary Themes", the "Global Crisis of
Capitalism", "Global Liberalism", "Class Analysis
of World Capitalism", "Global Corporate Capitalism",
"World-Systems Analysis", ""Incorporation into
World-System", "Precapitalist World-Systems",
"Comparative Advantage and Unequal Exchange", etc
etc etc.
It is in two volumes (450 articles), 1 million words
and below is the home page for it at Routledge for
ordering and for more information.

At present it is only in hardcover, but in a year
and a half or so it will emerge as a durable paper
cover (in one volume I suspect).
Best wishes - Phil O'Hara
