I didn't literally mean that NATO should have the green light to bomb
Serbia because of a World Court decision. The problem with World Court
decisions is that they are generally ignored by imperialist powers when
they go against them, especially the United States which was found guilty
of mining the harbors of Nicaragua and many other crimes. In reality "law
and order" does not apply to the problems of war and peace in the epoch of
imperialism. World War One dramatized this as the "democracies" sent
millions to die in trench warfare because "plucky" Belgium--the Kosovo of
that time--was being raped by Germany. It's all bullshit, just as the
excuses being given for NATO bombing today.
