"Follow the appropriate links" - gets you or at least me nowhere ,except
to some netscape ads. I find nothing appropriate for finding IPE or any
other section panels. any remedies?

To All ISA Members:
The Final Program for the 1999 ISA Annual Convention was sent to the press
on Wednesday thanks to the hard work of the Program Chair, Joe D. Hagan,
his staff at West Virginia University, and the ISA Headquarters staff here
at Arizona. We have now made the final program available on the internet.
Please point your browsers to the programs webpage at
http://csf.colorado.edu/isa/washington/program.html and follow the
appropriate links.
If you have any comments or corrections to make, please be aware that any
changes to the program will only be accomodated in the Errata Sheet. In
addition, participants who withdraw from the program now without a
compelling reason will be prevented from participating at the 2000 ISA
Convention in Los Angeles as per the Association's Convention No-Show or
Blacklist policy.
Please direct all correspondence regarding the program to the Program
Chair, Joe D. Hagan at isaprog@wvu.edu and all communications about ISA
more generally to ISA Headquarters at isa@u.arizona.edu. Please do not
respond to this list or to me personally.
Thank you and see you in Washington,
