You have not been responsive to the clarifications in my response to Andy.
I weary of these debates because people just keep defending their same
position - there seems to be very little mutual education going on. Please
don't bother telling me I'm as bad as anyone else - that may be true - but
the consequence is sad whatever the reason is.
