This is an invitation for you to participate in the upcoming 1997
ISA-West Regional Conference, to be held at the University of
California, Davis, Alumni and Visitors Center on October 17-18, 1997.
The them of the conference is "Security, Prosperity, Identity:
Dynamics of a Changing Global Order." The conference Co-Chairs are
Emily Goldman and Scott Gartner, both of UC-Davis. You can visit the
