Thanks for your guide to the Dark Millennium. You have its
dynamics and its contours right--if all proceeds according to the internal
politico-economic logic of the current phase of global history. Of course
it could be a darker millennium than even you think--if we factor in a
spasm or two of illogic. The "final end of major warfare"? Maybe.
