I too subscribe to the Weekly News Update on the Americas - my
subscription is, I think, in its 10th year. It's a real bargain at
$35/year. A great way to keep current on happenings thru-out the Americas.
For an extra couple of bucks you can also rec. a two-page report on
selected countries of your choice. And since they carefully cite all their
sources, it's easy to find the full text for something that piques your
interest.
