I'll get back to this when I return from Toronto, but your latest post
clarifies one area where we do disagree:
Europe DID have some advantages, but they were locational in both
conventional geographic sense, and more importantly in world-systemic sense.
The rip-off of wealth from the New World (& Africa in the form of slaves)
IS a major part of the story, but not ALL of it.
