I've been posting my various analyses to several lists for the past
couple years, and the responses typically fall into certain categories:

1) Some people won't or can't follow the argument, and simply
proclaim disbelief re/ the conclusions, since they seem so
dissonant with media-defined consensus reality.

2) Some people find the pieces threatening or dangerous, and respond
with counter-propaganda, ad-hominem attacks, sophistic rebuttals,
etc.

3) Many people express gratitude for a well-stated version of what
they themselves had grasped to some degree, or offer additional
examples & themes.

4) Very few people have comprehended an analysis and offered an
informed, logical rebuttal, that addresses core issues.

Of the last, sparse, category, most have been academicians with
their own unshakable interpretations, but none have been able to come up
with rebuttals that I found convincing. And of course, I've incorporated
(into later treatments) refinements based on all categories of responses.

I've been hoping from this particular list to receive some
responses in category 4 -- after all I'm talking about today's world
systems and how they arose -- one would think that would be on topic. If
the ideas are obviously wrong-headed, as Mr. Lloyd-Jones implies, perhaps
he could deftly dispatch them with a tight, to-the-point, category 4
response.

Sincerely,
