Virus Alert! - Don't open microsoft messages

There is a virus going the rounds, which comes in e-mails purporting
to be from Microsoft update.  

The message claims to be details about security updates/patches, and
looks for all the world like a true microsoft communication.  However,
it contains a virus called worm.automat.ahb.
