There are two groups who might respond to the fact that Bush lied and manipulated info to get into the war, elite groups and the electorate. Among the electorate, I don't think this story is registering all that strongly beyond people who already hate Bush. Among elites, various intelligence agencies are very upset. Something might happen, but there is a very strong 'don't rock the boat' mentality, so unless popular opinion shifts, I wouldn't expect anything too dramatic. Remember the Iran-contra scandal?
