Agreed.  Although I also think we should talk about either reorganizing the 
security council or giving more power to the general assembly so as to better 
reflect the distribution of population globally.

And I agree with Anderson that the logic of the non-proliferation regime should 
be challenged.

Finally, I believe the Middle East will eventually need to have some sort of 
regional unity.  The government/economic integration is probably too weak for 
some sort of EU, NAFTA, or ASEAN dynamic to take hold.  In such circumstances, 
should Saddam Hussein's Bismarkian politics be regarded as an absolute evil?  
If so, how should they be opposed/transcended?
