total occupation?

Recent Israeli actions have really gone far beyond Sharon's policy of
"anti-terrorism war" and increasingly resemble the policy of total occupation:
total ban on Palestinians' movement; total ban on palestinian leadership's
movement and actions, meaning that there is in reality no palestinian ruling in
the palestinian lands; destroying houses and deportation of palestinians from
their houses and towns to God knows where; and, now, the outrageous move of
the israelis to close universities.

WHat conclusion can we draw from these actions?
effectively, palestine does not exist. Israel does not care how those people,
who live under "curfew" find food or do their daily business. More than that,
what business can they do if they appear on the streets they are shot
immediately, accused of "plotting" terror act against the Israeli soldiers.
Now when universities are closed, and nobody knows when and if Israel re-opens
them (what an irony - alien forces come to your country and tell you to study
or not to study, move or not to move...)

It seems that this is the policy of total suffocation of palestinians and once
they are gone, Sharon can proclaim his "victory over the palestinian terror".
