ReOrient intercapitalist and interimperialist rivalry?

Observing current world events with AGF's notion of ReOrient in mind --
could one not interpret the rivalry India - China as a ReOrient version
of inter-imperialist rivalry? . . . and the Pakistan - India conflict as
a ReOrient version of inter-capitalist rivalry (cum nationalism). Forget
that these are so-called developing countries. They are possibly more developed
than the erstwhile European imperialist countries in the 19th century. For
one, all three have nuclear weapons . . .
