The class struggle and Osher's comments become irrelevant. Nation states are superfluous as transnationals garner more power. The state will not wither away, but will be encapsulated by the corporations who will ingest them. The corporations will then define class and structure society without any controls. There might be decentralization, but corporations will still maintain heirarchies. DLB
