NYT triple whammy

A triple whammy in one issue of the New York Times - here are links to
articles announcing the doom and gloom (coupled with post-"axis of evil"
anti-Americanism) at the World Economic Forum, pessimism on the prospects
for the US and global economy, as well as Friedman's OP/ED on the dubious
prospects for NATO.  What a difference a year makes...
