Dear WSN,

I shall be in a sort of debate situation next month with a neo-classical
economist on "globalization" and "development". I could use good quantitative
data. What are the most recent and/or best quantitative studies on the degree
of polarization in the world-economy today, and
since say 1945? Specific references would be welcomed. Please write to me at
<wallerstein@nias.knaw.nl>. Thank you/Immanuel Wallerstein
