I apologise for my personal remarks concerning Andre Gundar Frank.

I went over the top and retract what I said concerning Gundar's income and 
status.
Really it is the politcis of individuals I should criticise --not whether they 
are
millinaraires or paupers. Having said that I am not suggesting that Andre is a
millionaire. I just want to say it is not an issue.

I just want  Andre to accept  my apology.
