Louis- Great stuff on the Human Rights Watch board. I scuffled with the Washington Office on Latin America back in the early 90s over the reliability of Americas Watch when it came to their data on Peru. It seemed to have been forgotten that the organization was founded as part of Carter's anti-communist "human rights" offensive back in the late 70s. RH
