From a-infos: TURKISH STATE KILLS PRISONERS!

At times I ask myself why I still call myself a socialist instead of an
anarchist. Who knows, maybe because way back when I couldn't make a choice
between english intiutionism and german formalism as a natural scientist,
although I have never been able to divorce myself from german formalism. Who
knows, maybe because I still see a "solid structure" in Marx' s analysis of
capitalism and see that in our societies the "classes" are still alive and
well and that "the endless accumulation of capital" is as profound as the
second law of thermodynamics.
Who knows?

PS: All predictive models come with prediction errors, not that I am claiming
that what Marx laid down was just a predictive model nor that it was
complete.
The only certainty about the future is that it is uncertain.

As u know Turkish State started operations against deathfaster and
hungerstriker political prisoners in prisons. The name of the operation was
declared to be "Reback to Life" but it must be named as "Reback to Death".
Operations started in 20 prisons-18 of them have completed until now with at
least 25 murders and 98 injured! (some of the prisoners burned themselves as
they've declared before) 381 of the hungerstrikers were brought to hospitals
by force; 293 of them are still there. 2 soldiers died during the
operations. And in addition to all this tragedy another lie of the state is
now clear; prisoners are being transferred to F-type death cells. Since now
234 political prisoners from 6 different prisons were sent to Ankara-Sincan
and 140 prisoners from Istanbul-Bayrampasa were sent to Edirne F-type
prisons. The minister of (so-called!) justice announced that this operation
was being planned for over one year! The number of state murders may be more
than 25-about 40, says independent sources... The operation and resistance
in 2 prisons is going on.
Last week the state declared censorship over the press! News about
demonstrations, hungerstrikers etc. are all under state control. Yesterday
after the state operations in prisons, lots of protestors "outside" were
arrested; in Ankara 195, in Istanbul 100... A police car demolished with
coctails, some occupations and battles with police, a fascist was killed in
a grey-wolf(fascist) culture center. Also in France, Switzerland, Germany,
Greece etc. leftists (solidarity commities with political prisoners)
organized lots of demos, occupations etc.
think again... does a state have right to kill its prisoners?
