WARNING DEADLY VIRUS

Dear all,
I am receiving messages telling me that I have sent an email which is
propagating a virus called Navidad.exe. I am very sorry that I sent this
virus which also crushed my computer. Among otherthings it seems that my
computer sent messages without my "permission" with the virus attached.
I  have no idea to whom I have sent these messages. Just in case, to
download a tool to repair W32.Navidad damage, see,
