What surprises me the most about the Yanomano and occidental anthropologists
is the cautious approach of some of you about evaluating recent evidences
about Neel and the french. Each time that we ride a vehicle over rubber
tires we should remember that the transnationals of rubber tires were built
over the slavery, the violation and the blood of our amazonic indians and
poor peasant-colonizers, and later over those of Africa
(Congo+Belgium+Leopold) and South Asia, less than one hundred years ago.
Latinoamerican elites, militars, politians and many waged people were also
complices of such atrocity. And now Usona "freedom fighters" wants to attack
again that region-
For those that can read spanish, just read this article taken from
www.rebelion.org:
"Crímenes de las compañías extranjeras en el Amazonas-
Sangre y terror en la selva" by Oswaldo Albornoz Peralta-Solidaridad, at
http://www.rebelion.org/ddhh/sangre_selva260900.htm
Thanks, Emilio
