It's an annual book series, published by Pluto in the UK and Monthly 
Review in the U.S. They have a listserv 
<SOCIALIST-REGISTER@YorkU.CA>; the editors now are Leo Panitch 
<lpanitch@YorkU.CA> and Colin Leys.
