China the Hegemon?

Dear Dr. Podobnik,

Your position on peaceful co-existence is clear, as is Prof.
Chase-Dunn's advocacy for same. For the chance to share your concerned
(i.e. Chase-Dunn and Podobnik) view on the apparent anti-Red war banners

of the Blue Team, I am grateful. That you have allowed disquieted
villagers of the globe to share your editorial cyber space is perhaps
why we could all still have a dream.

The position of China's 'Department of Internal Affairs' ( there is no
such a Dept., not yet) is clear. Her want for peace is equally as
clear. The position of 'New Millennium World Order', hopefully not
personified by just the Blue Team, is not quite as transparent, not yet.

Regards, Tso.
