Sorry to be a pain, but reminder needed howto for email change to list :

Apologies to all (and I must get a new backup tape since my old one died, 
but being hard up this is a bit difficult to afford, alas, and a severe 
alack..). I've lost the instructions (again) and need to change my email 
address (again).

Can someone please post up the instructions? Be much appreciated.

A regular reminder - say monthly like other lists such as futurework - 
would be really useful to cut down on this sort of request...?
