Monde Diplomatique archive (left-hand corner: serach window) and to download
the article; you can than compare it with the English language Diplo sites
(Anglais) and to enjoy your translation. By the way: Susan Goerge's article
from the January 2000 issue is free of charge (in contrast to some others)
