concern global social change
i strongly recommend to all who are interested in this field to get info
of the project ICONS (International Communication and Negotiations
simulations) organized by U of Maryland (Wash, DC). i personally take
part in this program as a facilitator since 1994 and find it very
potentially rich and provocative for both research and teaching.
now this program really lacks leaders-facilitators with understanding
of both w-systemic and philosophy of history aspects of global praxis
