Internet petitions, mail about mail

Please think twice before circulating internet petitions.  They've been known 
to overload servers, and there is no evidence that they are at all an effective 
form of political action.

I've begun to receive requests from people who don't want to be on wsn because 
they are getting too much mail about mail.  Please take this into consideration 
when composing messages.
