On the contrary.

As a citizen of a former hegemon, Greece, I am interested in everything that
concerns the current hegemon, the USA. It is they who are generating most of
the current global problems and it is they who can make or break the
solutions which are being proposed.  Besides, (a) a stream of thought stands
or fails notwithstanding its citizenship, and (b) nobody is preventing
non-US people from using the list as well.
